Cyan Forensics has been chosen for an extended six-minute pitch at EIE 2019, Scotland’s premier technology investor showcase. Held on 24th April at Edinburgh’s McEwan Hall, the event has helped 350 technology firms raise in excess of £650 million in investment over the past 11 years.
EIE (Engage Invest Exploit) is considered ‘THE must attend event’ for Scottish high-growth tech companies seeking Seed to Series A funding. Having grown in significance year on year, it offers a unique platform to engage with potential investors, technology industry insiders, mentors, partners and customers.
Hundreds of companies applied to EIE this year, with 50 selected to participate, and only nine receiving the prestigious extended pitches. Cyan Forensics fought off stiff competition to be selected for a six minute pitch, and will also face eight minutes of gruelling Q&A. This will be the fourth time Cyan Forensics has participated in EIE, which has played an important role in helping it raise £1.5m in equity investment to date.
Cyan Forensics’ Head of Business Development Graham Little shared his thoughts on returning to the stage:
“I’m really looking forward to EIE, it’s like Dragon’s Den on steroids! Pitching to an audience of 700 investors is an exhilarating experience and the EIE program prepares us for this fantastically well.”
“I’m delighted to be able to come back and update everyone on our commercial progress as we strive to make the digital world a safer place for all.”
